When you submit a photo request, Collision X collects the name, phone number, optional email and notes you provide, along with your vehicle photos. Photos may include your VIN and mileage.

Why we ask

We use this information to review your damage, identify your vehicle and contact you about your inquiry. Submitting does not authorize repairs, confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.

Where it goes

Requests and photos are stored through our website hosting provider and are accessible in a sign-in-protected Collision X owner inbox. They are not published in a customer gallery. Do not include driver’s licenses, payment cards, insurance cards or unrelated personal documents.

Your choices

Only submit photos you are authorized to share. You may call instead, or request access, correction or deletion by contacting info@collisionxauto.com or 833-707-8181. We keep requests for inquiry follow-up; contact us if you want your submission removed.

Business text messaging

You can text Collision X at 833-707-8181. You may opt in using the separate, optional SMS checkbox on our photo inquiry form. We record your choice, mobile number, submission time, source form and the disclosure you agreed to. We also collect message contents and opt-in or opt-out preferences when you text us. We use them to respond to your inquiry and manage related appointment, repair or account conversations. Our phone and messaging providers process this information to deliver the service.

SMS Privacy: No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting a website photo or inquiry form without selecting it does not enroll you in SMS messages. Choosing SMS is optional and does not enroll you in marketing. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Website analytics

We measure homepage visits, broad referral sources and selected button clicks to improve this website. A random browser identifier is stored on your device for up to 30 days. It is not your name or contact information. Analytics does not collect form contents, photos, full referring URLs or search terms. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit automated traffic; raw IP addresses are not saved in our analytics database. Event records expire after 90 days as new activity is collected.

We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also disable analytics on this browser below. This does not affect quote requests.
